Real-time shipment tracking
Your client sees their file's progress — status, goods location, estimated arrival date — without calling you. You save time, they gain confidence.
Document access
B/L, AWB, commercial invoices, delivery orders — your client accesses their documents directly from the portal. No more email exchanges to track down a document.
Invoice download
Invoices issued by TraLIS are immediately available in the client portal. Your client can download, archive, and forward them to their accounting department.
Per-client secure access
Each client sees only their own files. Access is managed from your TraLIS back-office: activation, deactivation, configurable visibility scope.
