Import/export/domestic planning, goods status, and delivery orders
The Warehousing module manages goods in and out of your warehouses, availability planning per file, and the issuing of delivery orders. Every stock movement is traceable and linked to the corresponding logistics file.
What you can do
Warehousing planning
Plan goods entries by import, export, or domestic file. Visualize the availability of your storage areas and anticipate capacity issues.
Goods condition
Record the condition on receipt (good condition, reservations, damage) with photos attached to the file. Your liabilities are documented from the moment of handover.
Delivery orders (D/O)
Issue delivery orders from TraLIS with release conditions configured per file. D/Os can be transmitted via the client portal or by email.
Dwell time & demurrage tracking
Automatically calculate warehouse dwell time and any demurrage according to your rate schedules. Invoice storage charges without manual calculation.
Receiving and delivering a container in one day
The container is unstuffed at your warehouse. You record the receipt in TraLIS with the goods condition and reservation photos. Your client receives a notification via the client portal. They confirm delivery — you issue the delivery order, the driver picks up the goods, and storage charges are calculated and transferred to invoicing.
