Invoicing from the file
Amounts, client details, and line items are automatically pulled from the operational file. Invoicing a complete file takes less than 10 minutes.
Debit notes & credit notes
Issue debit notes, credit notes, and pro forma invoices from the same module. Complete history per client with payment status tracking.
Real-time e-invoicing transmission
Signed invoices are automatically transmitted to the local platform (Elfatoora, Morocco portal, or other). The control number is recorded in TraLIS for your archives and audits.
Invoicing an import file in 10 minutes
Your maritime file is operationally closed. You open the Invoicing tab: freight, transit fees, port charges, and VAT are pre-filled from the file. You adjust one line, apply the XAdES-B signature, and click 'Issue'. The invoice is certified, the client receives their PDF, and your accounting is updated instantly.
